What are the worksheets at the end of the "How to Find the Heart of Your Story" tutorial video?

Rob Rice asked: Near the end of the "How to Find the Heart of Your Story" video, there were flashes of worksheets that the team was using to rate/evaluate the heart of the story candidates. They looked to have a 1-10 scale on various criteria. Are those shared in this program for download?

I'm less interested in the verbatim of the form because I don't think they'll fit my needs, but curious how the concepts/context are laid out.

Hey rob,

While these worksheets are from several years back and aren't available for download, I'd be happy to highlight them here:

1. How emotional and engaging was their response to the questions? (Rate 1-10)
2. How much did you connect with who they are and what they said? (Rate 1-10)
3. How did they speak/appear on camera (1-10)
4. How will did they fit into each of the main threads? Rate 1-5 with 1 being best fit.
__ Ideas trump tenure and/or fast paced & varied environment
__ Work at BCG had value and/or made a difference
__ Fostering environment that empowers people to pursue their own dreams after BCG
__ Customized approach
__ Growth and education through working with the diverse team at BCG
5. What are the top 3 things that struck you about this person?

Like you mention, if we look at this worksheet in the verbatim form, it applies specifically to our BCG project. But if we look at the underlying concepts and what we're trying to get at, it really comes back to determining the strength of each person's Big 3 Things and making sure that person connects with our Early Impetus.

Questions such as a "customized approach" and "what are the top 3 things that struck you about this person" help us gauge the strength of Uniqueness. Questions like "how emotional and engaging was their response to the questions" and "how much did you connect with who they are and what they said" relate back to the strength of Desire. And "fostering environment that empowers people to pursue their own dreams" and "work at BCG made a difference" speak to Complexity, or the depth and integrity behind what they do.
